Hello Folks, I am asking you to please view this blog and to pass this on to your friends and family. My goal is to bring awarness and to raise monies to aid in the "Ending of the NF Puzzle". Having two wonderful men in my life with this disorder is very close to home.
I have noticed more and more people that are affected by this disorder and it saddens me greatly to know what they are going through. Their families and friends are there for them just as we are for our young men. Please would you pass this site to your friends and family and help us with our cause in raising awarness and funds for the "Children's Tumor Foundation"?Please click on the website below, this will prompt you to a page for your donation.
Thank you so very much.
I want to do everything I can possibly do to help with funds and support for the "Children's Tumor Foundation." So I have signed on CTF's website to have our first "Virtual Tea Party".
May 1, 2011 is the National NF Tea Party Day, please mark your calendars. I am learning more every time I turn around, and this is going to be new for us in Wyoming.
I know a lot of family and friends will not be able to come out here for the actual Tea Party, so a "Virtual Tea Party" is the next best thing.
The site will give you our goal of: $10,000.00 to raise, and it also includes a donation page. The donation form is very easy to fill out, please Folks, won't you help us with our cause to raise funds for research to "End The NF Puzzle"?
Mark your calendars for our special day.
Just click on the website below and it will take you from there.

Heather Cullins
Heather is an accomplished harpist who has entertained audiences throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area for the past fifteen years. During those years, her musical interpretations for the harp have entertained guests for wedding ceremony music, social events, christian women conferences and retreats, as well as comforted those during end of life celebrations. Whether the event was one of celebration or somber reflection, the classic musical tones of Ms. Cullins’ harp inspire as well as entertain.
Harpist Heather Cullins was born with the genetic disorder known as Neurofibromatosis Type 1. She has overcome a host of challenges associated with this non-contagious disease including becoming an accomplished harpist with over 28 years of experience, graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a concentration in music, teaching second and third grade for five years, and founding the Rockwall School of Music.
Currently, her ministry involves playing the harp and speaking at homeless shelters, women’s prisons, and women’s Christian events. Heather’s desire is to raise awareness for Neurofibromatosis Type 1 by encouraging and teaching women to be comfortable in the skin that God gave them and teach them to embrace their difference by using their gifts for the Glory of the Lord. Because of Heather’s genetic disorder she and her husband, Kenneth are unable to have children of their own without possible serious repercussions. The Lord has brought her much joy working with children in her neighborhood and Church.
Heather is involved with the provenway.org, prison ministries, and journeyofsisters.net. She is working part time with a property management company.
Please go to her website: www.Harpandsoul.org
